From two flats upwards. Many larger firms turn small associations away. We do not.
You give notice once. We handle the rest: the paperwork, the change of bank accounts, the handover records. Four to six weeks on average.
After a short visit to the property you get a firm quote: a fixed price per unit per month, with nothing hidden.
