The following gives a simple overview of what kind of personal information we collect, why we collect it and how we handle your data when you are visiting or using our website. Personal information is any data with which you could be personally identified. Detailed information on the subject of data protection can be found in our privacy policy found below.
Data collection on our website
Who is responsible for the data collection on this website?
The data collected on this website are processed by the website operator. The operator’s contact details can be found in the website’s required legal notice.
How do we collect your data?
Some data are collected when you provide them to us. This could, for example, be data you enter in a contact form.
Other data are collected automatically by our IT systems when you visit and use our website. These data are primarily technical data such as the browser and operating system you are using or when you accessed the website. These data are collected automatically as soon as you enter our website.
What do we use your data for?
Part of the data is collected to ensure the proper functioning of the website. Other data can be used to analyze how visitors use the site.
What rights do you have regarding your data?
You always have the right to request information about your stored data, its origin, its recipients and the purpose of its collection at no charge. You also have the right to request that your data be rectified, erased or its processing restricted (Art. 15 to 18 GDPR). You can contact us at any time using the address given in the legal notice if you have further questions about the issue of privacy and data protection. You may also file a complaint with the competent regulatory authorities.
Analytics and third-party tools
When visiting our website, statistical analyses may be made of your surfing behavior. This happens primarily using cookies and analytics. This analysis only takes place if you have explicitly consented in the cookie notice. Without your consent, no analytics services are loaded. You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Detailed information can be found in the following privacy policy.
Hosting
We host the content of our website with an external service provider (BLS Media, bls.media). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the provider’s servers in Germany. This may include, in particular, IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, and other data generated via a website.
The use of the hosting provider serves the purpose of fulfilling our contract with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in the secure, fast and efficient provision of our online services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with the provider.
Fonts (self-hosted)
To display fonts consistently, this website uses only fonts stored locally on our own server. No connection to third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts) is made; no personal data is transferred to third parties for this purpose.
General information and mandatory information
Data protection
The operators of this website take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data as confidential and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.
If you use this website, various kinds of personal data will be collected. Personal information is any data with which you could be personally identified. This privacy policy explains what information we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this happens.
Please note that data transmitted via the internet (e.g. via email communication) may be subject to security breaches. Complete protection of your data from third-party access is not possible.

The party responsible for processing data on this website is:

Represented by its Managing Director Hunny Sundri

The responsible party is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data (names, email addresses, etc.).
Revocation of your consent to the processing of your data
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You may revoke your consent at any time with future effect. An informal email making this request is sufficient. Please note that data processed before we receive your request may still be legally processed.
Right to file complaints with regulatory authorities
If there has been a breach of data protection legislation, the affected person may file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority for data protection matters is the state data protection officer of the federal state in which our company is based. A list of these officers and their contact details is available at: https://www.bfdi.bund.de/DE/Service/Anschriften/anschriften_table.html
Right to data portability
You have the right to have data which we process based on your consent or in fulfillment of a contract automatically delivered to yourself or to a third party in a standard, machine-readable format. If you require the direct transfer of data to another responsible party, this will only be done to the extent technically feasible.
Information, rectification, erasure, restriction
As permitted by law, you have the right to be provided at any time with information free of charge about any of your personal data that is stored as well as its origin, the recipient and the purpose for which it has been processed. If your data is processed for direct marketing, you may object at any time without giving reasons.

For security reasons this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser address bar switching from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol. When encryption is active, the data you send us cannot be read by third parties.
Opposition to promotional emails
We hereby expressly prohibit the use of contact data published in the context of website legal notice requirements with regard to sending promotional and informational materials not expressly requested. The website operator reserves the right to take specific legal action if unsolicited advertising material, such as email spam, is received.
Data collection on our website
Cookies
Some of our web pages use cookies. Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain any viruses. Cookies help make our website more user-friendly, efficient and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.
Most of the cookies we use are so-called „session cookies.“ They are automatically deleted after your visit. Other cookies remain in your device’s memory until you delete them. These cookies make it possible to recognize your browser when you next visit the site.
You can configure your browser to inform you about the use of cookies so that you can decide on a case-by-case basis whether to accept or reject a cookie. Alternatively, your browser can be configured to automatically accept cookies under certain conditions or to always reject them, or to automatically delete cookies when closing your browser. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.
Cookies and comparable techniques that are strictly necessary to operate this website are stored on the basis of § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG; no consent is required for these. All other cookies and any access to your device, in particular for reach and usage analysis, are used only after you have given consent (§ 25 (1) TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). As long as you have not consented, no analysis takes place.
For the language selection (German/English) we additionally set the cookie pll_language. It only stores the chosen language, contains no identifier that could recognise you as a person, and is necessary to operate the multilingual website (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG).
Your choice from the cookie notice is stored in your browser’s local storage (entries bani_cookie_consent and bani_cookie_consent_ts). This storage is necessary to act on your choice and is based on § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG. The choice is kept for 12 months, after which we ask again. You can withdraw it at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
We also store the entry bani_popup_anfrage in your browser’s local storage once you have clicked “Send an enquiry” in the notice about our property search. It only prevents that notice from reappearing for 14 days and contains no identifier relating to you personally (Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG).
Server log files
The website provider automatically collects and stores information that your browser automatically transmits to us in „server log files“. These are:
- Browser type and browser version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Hostname of the accessing computer
- Time of server request
- IP address
These data will not be combined with data from other sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in providing this website free of technical errors and in keeping it secure. Log files are deleted after 14 days at the latest, unless they are needed to investigate a specific security incident.
Contact form
Should you send us questions via the contact form on our website, we will collect the data entered in the form, including the contact details you provide, to answer your question and any follow-up questions. We do not share this information without your permission.
We will therefore process any data you enter in the contact form only with your consent per Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You may revoke your consent at any time. An informal email making this request is sufficient. Data processed before we receive your request may still be legally processed.
We will retain the data you provide in the contact form until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains (e.g. after fulfilling your request). Any mandatory statutory provisions, especially those regarding mandatory data retention periods, remain unaffected by this provision.
Enquiries submitted via the contact form are processed exclusively on our own web space and delivered from there by e-mail to our mailbox. No external form service is involved any more; the previous transfer to a provider in the USA was discontinued on 11 August 2026. To protect against automated mass submissions we store a checksum derived from your IP address for a maximum of one hour. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); the IP address itself is not stored.
Processing of data (customer and contract data)
We collect, process and use personal data only insofar as it is necessary to establish or modify legal relationships with us (master data). This is done based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or for measures preliminary to a contract. We collect, process and use your personal data when accessing our website (usage data) only to the extent required to enable you to access our service or to bill you for the same.
Collected customer data shall be deleted after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship. Legal retention periods remain unaffected.
Data transferred when signing up for services and digital content
We transmit personally identifiable data to third parties only to the extent required to fulfill the terms of your contract with us, for example to banks entrusted to process your payments. Your data will not be transmitted for any other purpose unless you have given your express permission to do so. Your data will not be disclosed to third parties for advertising purposes without your express consent. The basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
Social media
On our website we link to our profiles on social networks (including LinkedIn, Instagram, XING, Facebook). These are simple links, not embedded plugins or buttons of the providers. Your data is only transferred to the respective provider once you click on such a link and open the respective platform. We have no influence on the data processing there; the privacy policy of the respective network applies.
Analytics and statistics
Microsoft Clarity
This website uses Microsoft Clarity, an analytics service of Microsoft Corporation (One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, USA). Microsoft Clarity is used to statistically evaluate the use of our website (including heatmaps and aggregated session analyses) in order to improve our services. Cookies may be set and usage data (e.g. mouse movements, clicks, scrolling behaviour, shortened IP address, browser and device information) may be collected.
The use of Microsoft Clarity is based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 25(1) TDDDG). Clarity is only loaded after you have expressly agreed in the cookie notice; without your consent, no processing by Clarity takes place. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. This may involve a transfer of data to Microsoft in the USA. Microsoft may combine the data collected via Clarity with Microsoft Advertising (Bing); when Clarity loads, connections are therefore also made to Microsoft servers, including clarity.ms and bing.com. Further information: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/privacy/privacystatement.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
For reach measurement we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Cloudflare Web Analytics works without cookies and without fingerprinting; no cookies are set and no identifiers that can be tracked across websites are stored. Only aggregated statistics on page views are collected. The service is loaded only after you have consented in the cookie notice; without your consent no connection to Cloudflare is made and your IP address is not transmitted. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with § 25 (1) TDDDG), which you may withdraw at any time with effect for the future. When the service loads, data is transferred to Cloudflare in the USA. Further information: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.
Property listings (Immowelt)
On the „Our listings“ page we embed the homepage module of Immowelt GmbH (Nordkanalstraße 22, 20097 Hamburg, Germany) to display our current properties. For data protection reasons, the module is not loaded automatically. Only once you expressly click „Load listings“ is a connection to Immowelt’s servers established, your IP address transmitted and cookies may be set. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by clicking. Further information can be found in Immowelt’s privacy policy: https://www.immowelt.de/immoweltag/datenschutz.
